a friend of mine had a lsvtec and threw a rod and in the cylinder he through a rod and 2 of the valves had some of the carbon build up knocked off of them im guessing from metal particles it looks like someone just cleaned off some of the carbon.... they dont look to be damaged or anything i was wondering if you guys think it will be alright to re use this head

 

Take them out of the head and see if they are bent.
