ok here's the deal.

left headlight went out. so i changed the bulb. about a week later the bulb went out again...changed the bulb again. bulb went out in a couple of weeks after that and i've been driving with the brights on ever since. no grounds are loose. where should i go from here???

 

check for any loose connections or stripped insulation on any of the wires. you may have to check all the way back to the fuse

 

i'll give that a go and see what i can find.
