Default Head Gaskets and compression questions for mix and match engine

I have a b18c1 bottom end with a b16a3 head that i'm building. i'm in need of a head gasket and i'm undecided on whether or not to go just oem or bit the dust and go with a spoon or mugen. I have been told that this combo of block and head would decrease cr by about .2:1 from stock. i just wanted to gain some of it back. or am i just wasting my money for things i will barely notice?

the bottom is stock rebuilt from 95 gsr, head is stock from 95 del sol vtec

thanks

you can actually search and you'll see that the spoon mugen is a stock gasket with one layer taken out. the single layer mugen/spoon have a separating sealing. You can use the stock oem gasket and take out middle layer and use copper spray and have great results.
