Default head gasket leaking but not overheating

okay, my head gasket on my d16a1 is leaking from one corner of the gasket when the car is pushed upped on the high rpms, the car runs fine and does not overheat whatsoever, but its been getting annoying because i smell the oil burning on the hot motor after its leaked and its being burned like crazy out my muffler to the rear of my bumper, and i know i'm either going to barely pass smog or not at all.
my question is many. i've been reading and asking and i hear that u have to mill the surface of the head before u put a new head gasket on. in my situation would i need to? my car doesnt overheat what so ever, it runs fine and very strong. some people are telling me just to get a block of wood and fine sand paper and go at the head lightly to make it smooth.
and i've been also reading of this copper spray. more info in this.
and also composite and metal headgaskets...heearing that metal headgaskets will never blow or leak ever, i dunno.
i'm planning to use the oem gasket, what material is this?, but what else would u recommend.

going in, i'll be doing other maintenace like timing belt, tensioner (would i need the spring also?) water pump, power steering belt, etc belt, what else should i replace like internally in the motor?

btw the d16a1 is an 86-89 integra motor. would anybody know if i can use any d-series head gasket?

it will prolly be cheaper to go ZC in the end and less hassle

I just did a head gasket on my D16a6 I was having a bad oil leak too. I didn't mill the head because it wasn't over heating. But I did use the copper spray. PeP Boys no more then $10 bucks. You spray a fine mist and let it dry. And do this like 5 times. and then right before you put on the gasket, spray it thick and let it stand for like 30 seconds and slap it on the block. Make it so it's nice and sticky.
