Head gasket ???

I did a seach found some usefull info... but still was wondering.....when i let my car sit and idle for a couple of min.... then go to drive it .. smoke comes out the exhaust .... when driving at high rpms ..smoke comes out.. i am losing oil. coolant is staying full .. soo i was wondering if it was a head gasket... or...??????

what color smoke?
white = coolant
blue = oil
black = fuel (rich)

Have you checked the compression if its low or uneven it your rings
