Is this head fixable??

Assuming only dammage is what is seen, the roughness around ONE comb. chamber? Should this be fixable by a good shop?

hehe i should hope not, but I dont pay anything until I find out if its fixable or not

Im going to take it to a headshop today and have them look at it, but i dont want to get ripped off.
