Default having crank welded up???

i have had this idea for a while, and i need a B16 crank journal of 1.890” to be 2.008”... some of my friends have said just to buy custom rods, but thats not an option at this point.. others have suggested welding up the crank. but will that comprimize the stregnth of the crank? this will probly be a turbo motor so i would like it to be able to handle the 500whp range...

so anyway who can do something like this? any good machine shop? how much should it cost?

YES it will.

In order to restore the strength to the crank, they'll have to do enough heat-treating, straightening, stress-relieving, etc... so it'll probably cost more than a new crank.

I don't know much about custom bearings...

At this point it would make sense to invest in a billet crank of whatever size you need.
