Default having braking problems

driving one day and i hit the brakes felt like they lost some pressure went closer to the floor than normal and the front brakes locked up and i slid my buddy said that the rear brakes might be low so i changed the back brakes and they were really smooth one was cracked and on the other side the drum was very rough and scoured i bought new drums and brake shoes n took it for a little ride and its still happening any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks

btw no leaks from what i can see unless i really wasnt paying attention n missed it but theres the same level of brake fluid in the car as always im gonna try bleeding them now

so durin brakin the pedal creeps closer nd closer to the floor, but the car doesnt stop any faster??

Sounds like a master brake cylinder problem, [blow-by], replace with a rebuilt OEM one or get the kit and rebuild yourself. 94
