I need a little help with my wiring, i have searched but i dont really understand the solution. I have a 98, my motor, trans, and HARNESS is from a 99 si. The cluster is stock and everything works except for the tach and speedo...i need to find out how i can make that work. I have a p2t ecu BUT the cars being turboed right now and im trying to work out these last couple of small issues. I have a p28 with an obd2b to obd1 jumper and plan on using the p28, if that helps...

Find ECU pinouts for both cars and fix whatever doesn't match. Search for "99 civic ecu pinout" there is a lot of information out there.
