My girlfriend has a 00 civic it has 93,000miles on it. I did a tune up on it less than 10,000miles ago. Cap rotar plugs The wires look good. Air filter looks good. I did check the plugs they look good. When the car is cold it does not start very well you have to crank it over at least 3 times for it to start. The battery and starter are doing there job. I thought it might be gas. After some injector cleaner and a new tank of gas. It is still having the issue. There is no cel. The car is stock. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.( Yes i did a search first)
