Default Hard Start Problem After Motor Rebuild ??

Has anyone ever had a hard start problem in their Civic SI ? I just rebuilt my motor and now have one. I checked the injectors and had to replace one but it still does it. Can anyone help me on this issue ?

make sure your timing belt is not off a tooth that will cause it not to start!

OK....I had the Honda Mechanic do it and he is supposed to be one of the top 10 in the USA. I noticed that my fuel pressure gauge bleeds down all the pressure in the fuel system within 10 - 15 minutes after I turn off the car. Does this make a difference in what it could be ?
