Hard going in and out of gear help!
have a turbo b18, had a clutchmaster stage 3 in it for a while but it started to slip, so it was time for a replacement... wanted to try something different so i went with the competition stage 4 sprung. I've put well over the 500 break-in miles on it. i had the transmission pulled apart and had 3rd and 4th gear synchros, gears, and sleeve replaced at the same time i did the clutch. Now this thing doesnt seem to want to go into gear very smoothly. it's alot harder to shift then i remember. i've got a bone stock integra and it shifts like butter compared to this. it's got some type of dual bend short shifter in it... could that cause my problems? i also replaced the shifter bushings.... what do you think it could be? could the slave cylinder not be pushing the release arm on the clutch enough to disengage it? iv'e done alot of clutches and never had a problem like this. it was a little rough in and out of gear when i first put the clutch in but not like it is now, and when i get on it in first and it spins and i go to pull second its like it doesnt wanna come out of gear.... help!! lol
