h2b exhaust question

Default h2b exhaust question

i was thinking about getting the whole world sport II exhaust system to go along with my h2b but the piping on it is 60mm which is about 2.3-2.4in.....now the question is do i need a 3 inch piping or would i be fine with the 2.4in piping??....all the help is appreciated thank you

Unless you're going with an FI or high compression/high HP NA setup, you'd more than likely be fine with that exhaust diameter. Just keep in mind that most of the bolt-on WS2 exhausts use a chambered muffler, so you'll lose some flow over a straight-through design, but have a nice civilized tone around town and a throaty exhaust note at WOT.

It'll be fine, H22's love 3" systems though, there's a few people running it on their stock motor and haven't lost any low end.

yea on one end i know they love 3" and the wsII has a quiet tone that i need....im about to just get a 3" high flow cat and throw on the wsII muffler and see how dat works out
