My friend is selling me a H23 motor and tranny for like $300 and I'm going to pick up a shell from craigslist and have someone I know drop the motor and tranny in for me. I have a few quetions though, besides the cost of the motor and shell, what else will I need? It will be a manual trans and hopefully I will be able to get a shell that I won't need to do any type of conversion with. What shells would be a best fit for this motor and tranny and what kind of price am I looking at?

Your best bet for not needing a conversion with that motor is a 92+ prelude or accord.
The h23 came in preludes, and if i remember right will bolt up to a 4cylinder accord just fine.

As far as what you will need... depends on the shell
