can anyone give me a rundown on this motor? im not talking about a H23 bottom end with an H22 vtec head. I talking about the actual H23 Dohc Vtec Blue Valve cover one. are they better the the H22 vtec? does the H23 vtec motor come as an automatic or manual. see i found an 2000 H23 vtec long block with ecu for sale. i might pick up if im sold on it.

my guess is Euro Accord R motor with blue top, 5 speed... if i can remember correctly
