Default H23 accords
Did you use the H23 harness or Accord harness? If you used the accord what did you do to change the EGR sensor connector?

Bump. Does anybody know what I can do, or if I can Bypass the EGR?

When I did my H22A I just used the Accord harness and EGR...I guess it would work the same on the H23 but you might want to confirm that.
