which header is better for hp gain and durability. ceramic or stainless steel

 

assuming you are looking at the same header one offered in stainless one offered in ceramic they will both make the same power the ceramic one is just made of mild steel coated in a ceramic coating the stainless would be more durable

 

thank you . would u know the average hp gain?? dc website says 10-12 but i dont believe them
