i swapped an h22a into my 92 civic dx and it wont start.. all i hear is a clicking noise from the left side of the steering wheel.. the fuel pump wont turn on eather and when the key is turned the check engine light isnt on like its suppose to be before turning the car on .does neone know waht my problem might be?

 

Check your wiring. Also, check main relay. Its right under the dash on the right side of the steering wheel. If it clicks it might be it. Also, try with a "known" good battery.

 

check your grounds on the harness

 

sounds like a dead battery to me.

Start simple, gas, battery, ect. then move on to the relay.

 

check all your ground wires and make sure they are secured all the way. i had the same problem with my hatch after i swapped it, and i had the found wire on the trans not secured fully.

 

yeah check your grounds - little ground out of harness above tranny caused same problem for me

 

soo i checked it and i was missing my tranny ground thanx for helping on that one but now i got my car up and running and my car i lowered soo my axle from the passenger side keeps popping out .. what kinda of axles can i use for that side soo it can work with my lowered car?
