Default h22a cambelt and piston ring changing tips?

ok ive never pulled an engine apart and im looking for some tips on changing the cambelt on a jdm h22a engine and changing pistons rings while ive got the engine out of the car.

So basically from what ive read you've got to line up the timing arrows on the cams? what does this look like? does anyone have a photo or know wher i can get one so i know where and what im looking for?

also my engines done 110,000kms so im going to replace the piston rings for the time being untill i get the cash together to do my full forging build, so any tips or pitfalls i should know about?

thanks for any help!!
