There are quite a few factors to consider. Is the Accord otherwise stock? What tires? What suspension? How much exactly does it weigh? Are you using the stock H22 tranny? With or without LSD? If so then what kind of LSD? Are you boosted? Or all motor? Or spraying? How well tuned is it? Who's driving? How good of a driver are they? What kind of weather is going to be present? What is the track temperature?

The list goes on.

ok first of all if it is stock how does it have 240HP, they came with eaither 190 or 200 depending on engine and year...secondly thats at the crank realasitacly at the wheels your looking at between 170-180 and 130-140FT lbs
those rims are only going to hurt performance so that won't help the situation, right now your probly looking at a low 14, defianly depending on weight though i am not sure how much that accord weights, preludes weigh around 3000lbs, civics hb weigh just over 2000, so lets say it weights 2500lbs, that would give u a low 14. Now if you do full bolt ons, CAI, headers, exhuast, vtec controller, cams, you would proboly be running between 200-220 at the wheels and have a more usable torque band this might get you a mid 13 if your a good driver, if u replace those rims, and get DR and learn how to launch you could proboly pull a LOW 13, to get into the 11-12s you would defiantly need to go FI, as well as upgrading ALOT of other things on the car as making a car that fast needs other upgrades as well, but thats a whole diferent game i think you have got to rethink your plan if your going for 11s

i have the same car as him... also thinking about the h22 swap. and ur right they usually dont go over 200hp. would it cheaper to go with that and upgrade it till you reach the 250 or could you go with an F20C for less money in the end. how would the f20 be in the accord, or is it gonna be expensive for special parts to make it fit.
if it would be cheaper to go with the h22 and upgrade... about how much r u thinking for that stuff you mentioned.. also what are some other good hp upgrades.
