What axles do I use when putting a H22 in a 92 Integra?

you could probably get away with a mix and match oem axle or i think they sell axles specifically for that kinda swap i forget the brand name.

Don't have them yet. The only place I have found them so far is Explicit Speed Performance. I am still going to have to alter the trans mount (John at ESP said I will) since I will use the auto tranny. I haven't bought anything yet. Just making sure it is possible first.

An auto tranny teg beating B16s and GSRs would be baffling to those who don't know it is a H22.

Auto Tranny? Goodluck, I have never seen that and you'll need some custom length axles for sure.

As I said, I talked to John at Explicit Speed Performance. He believes I will be able to use the stock 92 left axle, 90-93 Accord mid shaft and 92 teg axle with 90-93 Accord inside cv joint. He didn't stress any difference between auto vs stick. I did tell him that was my intention. I am hoping to verify it.

John is the only person I know that makes a DA H22 kit. I have seen less than a handfull of these swaps and never seen an auto swap. Per the prelude forum the axles on a manual and auto prelude are the same, the half shaft is the only difference. Therefore I think the axles that John recommends are the same for an auto. Sounds like your the ginnie pig either way.

I am waiting now for the info from JDM-ONLINE to order the H22 Auto swap. It will cost a total of $1700 shipped to my home in VA. I will be ordering it as soon as I recieve the info.
I do feel like a guinea (spelling??) pig. I will keep Honda-Tech updated as I go along. This is my fiance's car. I would rather the stick but I have to meet her requests.
I will be buying the mounts and header from Explicit Speed Performance after we receive the engine and trans. Plus there is no real hurry since the car is getting a full face lift right now. We hope to get it back soon.
I was just on the AdvanceAutoParts site and they showed a difference in the m/t vs auto axles. I will have to go there and measure and count splines to see if there is a actual difference or not.

If you search in the prelude forum you'll find threads that talk about Auto-Manual conversions and them using the same axles. I have never done this before so I'm just telling you what I have read.

I'm back. I had to go eat.
I will just go with what you say. I believe the people in the forums have the experience and wouldn't say it would work if it didn't

Do you have an H22 also?
