hey i have an extra H22 manifold lying around so i thought i might as well experiment with it.

has any one here done anything to it as yet.....i already have my butterflies out and was thinking i should cut out the entire housing for the butterflies and polish the whole thing from inside!

sooo will i gain anything or not...good idea? bad idea?

 

I just installed mine on my turbo h22 and all I can say is it was well worthe the hours I spet porting and all. Topend is definitely a lot better!!!

 

ohh cool! well im still in the process of polishing it...takes forever! i kinda decided against cutting out the inside parts, but i am getting rid of the plate in the middle where the butterflys go! and i have to ask this.........how on earth do u get to the middle of the runners???? my hand or the cheap *** tool im using wont reach all the way in there!

 

I got this tool from Ferrina tool company like years ago and it will reach the middle part. same thing as endyn uses. do a search coz i lost their address already. I also added a 1 inch spacer from a used IAB plate which I also cut out

 

hmmm i see! i jus saw what BLACKTRAX does with the h22 manifold...i think ima try and do the same thing!
