okay so were working on this car right, and the intake cam seems to be binding/locking up on the #4 we've taken everything apart and put it back together several times changing just a few little things here and there and still no luck....

When we first started the motor it was making a funny noise so we pulled it apart only to find that the LMA was broken... we replaced it but it still seems to be binding up... anyone ran into this problem before or have a thought on what could be wrong??
