H22/H23

k here goes, i need all the info you guys can give me on building a H23 with a H22 head what kind of stuff do i need to do to make this happen

please help me i need to know things like do you have to run an external oil line like on a ls/vtec, and do you have to plug the oil hole in the head ..etc..etc...etc...
