Default h22/h23?

So Im selling an h23 turbo prep'ed block and I keep getting hit up by people with h22 motors. Will the block bolt right up to an h22 head. And also Ive heard that since the h22 can spin at an extra 500-700 rpm that this combo tends to spin rod bearings...any truth? And if this is true the block comes with Crower H beam rods and and balanced, polished crank...will this help with that issue if it does happen? I don't want to sell someone something that will jack up their ride.

How is this even remotely your problem? If they don't do their research for compatibility, it's not beholden upon you to do it for them.
