Okay so i went to the track last night. I have an h22a in a 95 civic SI hb. bolt ons like i/h/e msd ignition that stuff. So I go and make about 5 runs. On the 5th run i bounce it off the rev limiter whatever that is. Its a usdm spec motor and ecu. So every run after that it bogs when i give it gas in 1st gear but then it revs up fine after i get outta the bog. So im like well maybe my plugs are bad...so today i go to change the plugs, all 4 plugs were like finger loose....so figured that was the problem..changed them to some bosch platnums and tightend them down good and put all the wires back on. It still does the same thing...bogs lil bit in each gear but after it gets over 1k rpms it takes off. I checked all the coil wires and stuff making sure there were good connections and there were. What could my problem be? Please help me....im scurrd somethign is seriously wrong with my motor. thanks

Check fuel pressure. Also change the dist. rotor. Your plug wires are new and fresh?

 

It sounds like your fuel filter had same problems before with itr swap in ek

 

k ill change fuel filter...i check my wires they appear okay but i could be wrong.....any other ideas

 

Is your check engine light on? Have you reset your ECU?
