Icon3 h22 in ek ignition problems

Ok so a few months back I get off work go out to my car turn the key and hear a click. After the click, all the power to the car goes dead. If I take the ground off the battery for about 3 minutes and put it back on the car starts right up. After getting tired of doing this time after time I figured it might be the harness. The guy I bought the car from had a local shop do the swap and the harness was hacked up pretty bad. I got a new harness, some helms wiring diagrams and made my own custom harness for the 2.2. Hooked it up no problems at all for about 6 months Now I'm having the same problem. If anyone knows how to fix this issue or have ran into the same problem please give me some advice. I'm starting to think it is something inside the car like my ignition but the parts are pretty pricey and I don't want to start replacing everything to find out I still have the same problem. Some input would be much appreciated. Thanks!!!

Check voltage at the starter while cranking...
Then check voltage at the battery while cranking...
