H22 Ef - vtec not working

H22 Ef - vtec not working
Hi. I have problems with the Vtec. The Engine is JDM . I checked the Vtec solenoid and its in working oreder. What else should I be checking.....Thanks

p13 jdm ecu.....the v tec solinoid is going to A4, D6 goes to the vtec pressure switch .....on the vtec pressure switch im not really sure which side is right but i connected D6 to one side and the other side is grounded....i tried switching them around and still no luck...
