Default H Series help

I am currently helping a friend put a h22 in to a 93 prelude and have come across some trouble. He bought the h22 off ebay and i was doing a timing belt/ water pump install last night and saw that #15 Pulley had a crack in it. I am wondering if the h23 will have that part on it or will we be stuck with buying a new one?

Thanks

They are the same part. It is the balancer shaft belt pulley.
