H&R Coilovers.....Need Info
I would like to know the spring rates for these on a DC2 Integra. Also, I have heard different numbers for ride height adjustibility, both 0.5-3" and 1.25-3". Can someone clear these two specs up?

If nobody can answer that...then riddle me this...
Are there any springs, other than H&R OE, that lower the car 1 inch or less and have a higher spring rate than the H&R OE Sports?
