difference between H&R
First I was thinking of doing H&R Sport Springs with Illuminas for my ej8, but now I was thinkin of doing H&R OE and Illuminas.
I noticed that there is a difference in spring rate
H&R OE 280F/190R (P/P)
H&R Sport 330F/280R (P/P)
but how much difference in performance is there really between the two? Is it true that H&R springs tend to lower more than they actually say?
Anyone got pics with H&R oe on an ej6/7/8?

I would say there really isnt much of a difference performance wise between the two. Neither have the spring rates that most people would use for actual road racing.
The OE's lower about .75 which is 3/4 of an inch while the Sports say 1.75/1.5 but as you stated tend to sag to close to 2".
The OE's ride height is comparable to say...the stock height of an Integra Type-R. If you plan on using it as a daily driver with seldom autox's and whatnot, I'd say either of those choices paired with the Illuminas would be a pretty good choice.

I'm running sports and illuminas, and it's a damn fine daily driven setup. Still enough hold in the corners, and maybe an auto-x race or two (come on, I used to auto-x on s-techs and stock shocks). Good times.
