Default GUYS HELP... LONG STORY....

Okay... it all started this one day... okay... this is how it goes.. I don't have my licence, but this one day i drove to Santa Clara with my c280 to my friend's car lab... when i get there, i put my key in the hole to lock my door and than my key snaps in half... I paniced cuz my parents said i wasn't allowed to drive alone so the next thing i know, I am super glueing the two pieces of my key together... soo when it was all dried, i stuck it in the door to open it and i pulled it out and i only have half the keys... yea... at the end i got some spares from my brother...

BUT does anyone know how much it would cost to get the other half of the key out of my door?? its a c280 door soo i've tried getting it out myself but it didnt work...

Bite the bullet and call a local or mobile locksmith. A mobile locksmith will cost alot more than if you go to them. If you find a cool one they sometimes take it out for nothing if you have them make you a new key. But if the do charge you it might run as high as $30-50. Get on the phone and call around. Make sure you have proof the car is yours (registration, title , insurance papers.)

good luck
