Default GSXR ITB setup

A friend of mine was talking about doing a GSXR itb setup and he said that it was fairly cheap to do and not hard at all.

I understand you use the throttle bodies off of a GSXR but what I was wondering is what do you do for the fuel rail and TPS and all the other sensors, and how streetable is this and what about cold weather and rain, would that affect it at all??

also, do you need a standalone to run this or will stock ecu handle it??

p.s. I tried searching but i could only find for sale topics, and they werent much help.

The potency of this setup is highly dependent upon the quality of work done when putting it together. A setup can be thrown together for cheap, but often they won't perform as well as a setup with some research behind them.

Referencing the Fuel rail. You use the stock Honda fuel rail with the stock Honda injectors in the stock Honda location. Nothing is messed with at all. The Honda TPS will need to be mounted to the Suzuki throttle bodies. There are a few good write-ups on how to do these and they will explain the best ways of dealing with the other sensors.

We've been daily driving and abusing one of our setups for over 4 months with no major issues. Heat, humidity, and altitude do play more of a factor, but not enough to cause problems.

We're running with a stock P30 ECU and no problems.

I don't know, we've never made a setup for a D16Y8. I don't see where there would be any serious problems though.
