Default GSR Vs. b16a rod length............

I am trying to build a motor from the stock parts I have laying around in my garage. I have a GSR shortblock assembled, and a b16a first gen longblock. What I want to do is mate the b16a head to the b18c1 block, but the compression would be a little low. SO what I was thinking was use the b16 pistons with the b18 crank and the b16 head to yield 11:1 compression ratio, as per c-speedracing's calculator. So my question is.....What rods would I be useing? WHat is the difference between the b16 rod length and the b18 rod length? Should I just buy aftermarket? Would I be better useing the gsr rods with ITR pistons? I was trying to use only what I had in my garage. ANy help would be great.

BAsically I am looking to see if the compression calculator calculates useing the gsr rods or the rods that are attached to the piston selected.
