has 2 problems, when going into reverse everything is normal until i press in the clutch then the car comes right to a stop...

then when shifting from 1st to 2nd everything is fine but i cant downshift to 2nd and sometimes it pops out...

It's probably a tired 2nd gear synchro ring and possibly a damaged synchro spring.

As for the othe problem, a sticking caliper pin or parking brake mechanism could cause that.
