Default gsr problem

i have A Gsr in my integra, i have an a/f gauge hooked up and its running on the rich side, its also running fairly bad, kinda sounds like a boxer motor, we did a compression test, all the cylinders are at about 200, is that normal?

The first plug ( closest to the distributor) that i took out, had alot of oil on it the rest were dry but had alot of carbon build up, im assuming from running rich.

what can i check to see whats going on

are you burning oil?it could be running 3 cylinders
