gsr pistons on b16 rods?

will gsr pistons fit on b16a rods or is there any mods needed to make them fit together

they would fit, but why would you do that?compression would be like 9

building a turbo motoro already have b16 eagle rods found some ross gsr pistons for a gsr but wasn't sure if they would fit. if the cr is 9.4:1 in a gsr what would it be in a b16
