Default gsr mugen head gasket

has anyone use the mugen head gasket? it claims to raise compression +.4...
i blew the factory head gasket and now my engine idle is rough and irratic. vtec hasn't been working... how hard is it to set the valves back? this will be my first attempt and does anyone have any good tipps on this?

Mugen HG is not worth the money IMO. I had one and its way overpriced for what you get. It will increase compression by +.2 not .4. If you want to bump compression by using a thinner hg remove the middle layer from an OEM hg.
