gsr help
i just dropped a gsr motor along with its ecu in my 97 civic dc hb.. i used a 97 ex harness because that harness has v-tec..well everything is in the car and the car runs okay.. but scanners wont read engine codes... why is this??? was this a bad mixup to drop in my car??

no cel before the engine swap.. but when i did the swap i pluggedin a scanner in my obd2 connection the scannner gets power but im not able to read codes.. could this be that i used an ex harness for the gsr in my dx
