I've searched and seen some answers but there not exactly what i'm lookin for.
I have a stock LS, would there be any difference if i slapped on gsr head, obviously a complete gsr head with manifold and all. Or do i have to do any modifications? Thanks alot.

there is some machine work that is required before you can just "slap" the head on
oil holes have to be plugged and lines have to be ran
