gsr cams in a b16

is it even worth doing? will i see any noticable gains? my friend just blew his motor and will sell me his cams for like $50 so i was wondering. thanks.

The GSR cams do have better duration so you might notice a difference, not much though. But for $50 go for it.

i have a friend that did it.. he switched the cams from his GF's gsr and he noticed gains but it wasnt dyno'ed
