GSR cam question

GSR cam question
Ok i've had two different 94 GSR engines, one was in my mostly untouched 94 GSR and the other was a swap into my old CRX (untouched stock). Now the weird thing is that when i pulled the cams on both of them the looked just like this
now according to this FF-Squad VTEC cams they are both B17 cams? Makes no sense to me and i'm just wondering if anyone else can say that early 94 cams were like this or something. These were both BONE STOCK engines that i was dealing with.

Doesn't really matter. All USDM GSR cams are 10.74 intake 9.60 exhaust
This is measured by Crower at 1.55/max lift
Honda says 10.6 / 9.4
