Default gsr block, ls crank combo

k. so i have a 84mm gsr block and am currently running a gsr crank.
can i swap in an ls crank, and use ls rods, and all should work?
its for a turbo app., 9.1:1 compression.
just looking for a little more displacement/stroke.
also, are pauter rods stronger than eagle?
what are each rated for? whp.
and how bout arias pistons too?
thanksss.

Yea but I believe if you have oil squirters then they have to be removed

alright. yea. cuz i seen on laskey's sight that they say pauter are used in many 1000+whp cars. and about the oil squirters. the bigger stroke does make sense. im sure i'd be able to tell when i install it as well. thanks for the help.

yeah you have to plug up the squirters. the crank fits fine, thats the block/crank setup ive been running for 2 years.

use the ls rods an ls bearings and its all good

does that include the main bearings too.. cause i am in the process of getting my block together and i need to order bearings(acl) i was thinking that i should use the acl main bearings and rods bearings and the washers for a ls block. Am i right or wrong?? thanks

can anyone explain why you have to block off the oil squirters?

Basically the crank is bigger due to the bigger stroke and the crank will hit the oil squirters. You can plug them with some allen head screws since there pretty low profile.
But does anyone know if the crank will interfere with the main girdle as well?

it clears the girdle. eagles will be fine, unless you're going 800+hp.
