Default gs-r 0bd2 or ls obd1 block with p72 head?

current setup is gsr block with ls crank, rods, and pistons. Bare ls block with gsr pistons and rods.. Which set up should I go with for performance and gas saving?

performance wise, gsr block with ls internals
you cant use gsr pistons in an ls block without using the gsr crank

gas savings would depend on way to many variables to even wager a guess
