Default Grounding Distribution Manifold?

Does anyone make something that would can ground multiple connections to a single source that is very clean? I dont want 10 ground wires wrapped around the negative battery terminal. Im not sure if what Im thinking about even exists.

i doubt that you will be able to find that particular part separately. best bet would be to visit your hardware store and improvise
