Default Ground Problem?

I have a 93 civic coupe with a 01 b18b and integra dash swap. I did the engine swap myself, but the dash came with the shell. I am having a few problems:

First off the tachometer doesn't work(my friend said he saw it jump up when i was about to hit redline, only happened once),

Second my clock doesn't work unless i have my radio plugged in (i have to connect both the red and yellow wires on the radio harness to get my deck to work, also when i open my glove box or sometimes my door the deck goes off)

And last, the climate control doesn't work, but it all use to.(fans, defrost, ect...)

I have checked all fuses and relays, I'm guessing its probably a loose ground but I'm not familiar with any wiring behind the firewall. If anyone has any idea what could be the problem or can pinpoint specific grounds I should check please let me know.
