Default green key light

Hello all, i am a small shop in cincy, i just replaced a timing belt and water pump on a 2004 civic 1.7 sohc, did disconnect battery to move alt, after repair car started right up but green key light is flashing and check engine light is on and car will idle but not accelerate, double checked all my timing marks, snap on scanner will not communicate with car. please help any help will be greatly appreciated.

Check all fuses, [DO NOT just eyeball them, test with 12V test light in their sockets, [in fuse box(s)] also try a reboot, disconnect batt. neg.(-) wait 15min. and reconnect.

I will assume you have checked all connections, [plugs] in the engine bay, even ones not unplugged to do the job. 94
