Great flow AND quiet???
I am looking to buy a sleeper exaust and I want that sucker quiet as hell but I want the best flow possible. I have a N/A GSR motor coming soon and I want the sleeper look...much more satisfying
. Thanks for your help. Planning to put i/h/e and in the future a turbo kit.

thanks dude but how quiet would this be...I'm looking for REALLY quiet. I hate that AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH sound that most ricers have around here and something low and deep and well you get the idea.

Well since you didn't mention price I would recomend the Mugen because
1. it has 2.38 in. piping compared to Apex WS and Greddy SP w/ 2.36 in.
2. it is twin-passed so it's less restrictive than the Apex which is chambered, and it'll be quieter than the single pass Greddy

Slightly biased
but my DC exhaust sounds gr8, nice and deep, very clean sounding under 3.5-4k. Even after that it sounds wonderful. Oval style muffler with resonator, excellent quality and warranty. I paid 520 shipped I think @ http://www.speedandstyle.com

Use 2.5 inch mandrel bent tubing, find a local exhaust shop who can do mandrel bends. Have them bend a custom system. be sure to have a resonator put in just behind the cat and then top it off with an off the shelf 2.5 inch muffler. I used the magnaflow its a little pricey and is just a liitle bit too loud for a sleeper at high rpms. My total cost was $125 and I am happy with the performance and sound.
Yes the WS is very quiet for an aftermarket exhaust. The tone is very deep at wot and doesnt drone at all at freeway speeds.
If you want the best flow and quiet though you should be looking at twinlooped systems. They are on the expensive side though.

i'm going with this ...
i have a Jdm 4-1, 2.5 "carsound cat, 2.5" custom piping, and i'm going to install an S2000 muffler.
Its made by Mugen for Honda, is a twin loop design and is 2.5" in diameter.
it SHOULD be fairly quiet, if it handles 240 Horsepower, it will handle my 2000 civic si
