Is it just water from storage or coolant that is now leaking into the cylinders? Have you actually started the engine yet?
I guess I'd leave the spark plugs out, crank it for a while to circulate the oil. That'll also polish up some parts that haven't moved in, um, 3 months... Change the oil & filter then crank some more. Measure compression or leakdown (or both) & see what that looks like.

I DUNNO, THERE WAS WATER INSIDE THE SPARK PLUGS, WHEN I PULLED OUT THE SPARK PLUGS, THE WATER OBVIOUSLY WENT INSIDE THE ENGINE... I GUES ONE OF THE RESONS FOR THE MOTOR NOT TO START WAS BECAUSE OF THE WATER IN THE SPARK PLUGS... WHAT DO I DO? I HAVE TO CALM DOWN DAMN IT!

So there was just water in the plug wells but not in the motor.
Step away from your monitor and go outside and play. When you return, pick up a new set of plugs, oil, coolant etc to flush out those old fluids, take all the plugs out, crank the motor over to get the water out then put new plugs in and start it.

Good news, i drained out the oil, added new oil, added new spark plugs, and viola... she turne right on.... thanks guys!
does it ever happen to you guys that when some **** goes wrong you jusrt want to give up... i even went to the extreme and thought of putting my stock engine back on and selling the hach. I dont know i guess its just my nature to be to desperate..

How about you take some valium, relax, and do some research before you jump to conclusions?
Anyways, glad everything worked out, no one likes busted motors -
