good tech books?
Can anyone recommend a good book on N/A engine tuning and theory? Preferably something for beginners. I am trying to do a lot of research to learn more about engines and performance in general, so I can do things myself instead of having to get help all the time.
I looked on Amazon.com a bit and they had some book about "Honda/Acura performance" but I figured that would be a waste of time.. has anyone seen this? I wanted to check it out at the book store but they didn't have it. Oh well.
Any advice is appreciated..

I have the Honda/Acura performance book. It has the red integra with a red valve cover b series motor on it. Its a decent book, it has stuff about what makes power in the motor and exactly what parts do. It tells how to increase HP and even discusses turbo and nitrous systems. It has a swap guide that shows which parts are needed to successfully perform a particular swap. And a bunch of other stuff that is fun to read and learn about. Go out to the book store and check it out for yourself, thats what I did. There were like 3 other ones that were similar to it. Im sure barnes and nobles has them, I bought mine from Borders.
Try this book out. This book will cover everything, i mean everything

You can probably get this book on amazon for cheap. Don't buy that Honda/Acure performance book, you won't learn anything.

Ok.. I don't think that will help me, it looks like more of just a general guide to maintenance. Maybe I should clarify; I am looking for a book like Maximum Boost (which I have seen recommended by a few users on H-T) but for N/A engines.
Also I looked for the Honda/Acura book but couldn't find it. :\ Might check another bookstore tomorrow..
